Refund policy

MNLStay.com exclusively sells digital and time-specific hospitality services (including early check-in, late check-out, linen service, airport transport, cleaning services, crib rental, romantic upgrades, and other add-on accommodations). These are not physical goods and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or reshipped.
Because service delivery requires advance scheduling, staff coordination, and allocation of resources, all sales are final.
1. No Returns
We do not sell any physical items.
No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
No return shipping address applies.
Any references to product returns in Shopify’s default template do not apply to our service-based business.
2. No Refunds
All purchases made on MNLStay.com are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
No refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Change of travel plans or arrival time
- Airbnb reservation cancellations, early departures, or no-shows
- Incorrect information provided during checkout
- Guest unavailability at the scheduled service time
- Failure to comply with building access requirements (ID, endorsement forms, etc.)
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or transportation issues
- Building amenity restrictions, closures, or administrative regulations
- Force majeure events (brownouts, water interruptions, emergencies, government orders)
This aligns with the House Rules applicable to all guests staying in our properties.
3. Service Deemed Delivered if Guest Is Unavailable
A service is considered fully delivered when the guest:
- Fails to appear at the scheduled time
- Is unreachable by phone or message
- Provides incorrect or incomplete access information
- Refuses or fails to comply with building access procedures
- Prevents service execution through any action or omission
No refund, reschedule, or credit will be issued.
4. Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Service Claims
Because no physical products are shipped, claims regarding “damaged items” or “incorrect items” are not applicable.

We will review the situation, but this does not guarantee a refund.
5. Modifications
You may request a modification of the scheduled date or time. Approval is not guaranteed and depends solely on availability.
If modification is not possible, the original purchase remains non-refundable.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer protection law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Time-specific services
- Hospitality and accommodation-related services tied to a specific date
Your purchase qualifies under these exemptions.
Therefore, no cancellation or withdrawal is permitted.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive any right to dispute the charge due to conditions covered by this policy.
- Any chargeback filed contrary to this policy may result in legal recovery of the service cost, administrative fees, and any penalties incurred.
8. Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order on MNLStay.com, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy.
- You agree that all sales are final.
- You understand that orders on MNLStay.com are independent from your Airbnb reservation.
- You understand that no cancellation or refund will be provided under any circumstances.
